Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any custom made goods (including any products that were personalized, or otherwise features graphics or text not associated with our existing products or product lines) cannot be returned. Such custom made products may be exchanged if there is a material difference than what was described or arrives with any flaws. What happens regarding these circumstances remain at the sole discretion of,, YEK Glass LTD and its associated entities. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Customized and/or personalized cases, apparel, accessories & other products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and may also request clear, photographic documentation of any matters in question.

If applicable, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Each sale is different and any requests, including but not limited to refunds, returns and exchanges, will be judged on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the seller.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Each case we make is printed in small batches. This process is usually pretty quick, often finishing on the same day, but can take up to 3-5 business days during holidays and busy periods.

Our standard shipping may take between 10-21 business days after the product is sent out. Delivery time is not guaranteed and does not include processing time of the customs clearance of the destination country.

In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery. Shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected and your location.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sold by Picograph that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the Republic of Korea may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees, taxes and duties. To obtain details regarding the actual import fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact your local customs agent. You are responsible for any cash on delivery fees your country may have.

Cancelling an order may be possible if the order has not been processed into the shipping stage. If the product has been prepared for shipment, it may be too late to cancel and you may have to ask for a refund once the product arrives to the destination. Whether an order is able to be canceled is at the sole discretion of and its agents, regardless of marked order status.
